We’re currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Conway , AR , and help deliver high-quality, individualized care to the families we serve.

$80,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience and caseload)
Performance-based bonus opportunities
Full-time Part-time Contract
Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs delivering ABA services
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
Collaborate with families to support progress and generalization of skills
Ensure documentation and services meet clinical and compliance standards
Current BCBA certification (required)
Experience in ABA therapy (clinical leadership a plus, but not required)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Commitment to client-centered care and teamwork
Primary service area: Conway, AR
