Company Description Aries Marine Corporation is a privately held Louisiana company that has operated in the Gulf of Mexico since 1981 and now also serves the Mid-Atlantic region.

Role Description The CAPTAINS-MATES 200 Ton role is a full-time, offshore position based in Youngsville, LA, supporting offshore operations on Aries Marine vessels.

Qualifications

\n
• Valid U.S. Coast Guard 200 Ton license appropriate to the vessel type, with required endorsements and STCW certifications.
\n
• Demonstrated offshore vessel experience (Liftboats,), including navigation, watch standing, and deck operations.
\n
• Strong knowledge of maritime safety regulations, and company safety policies, with a commitment to safe work practices.
\n
• Ability to lead, train, and supervise diverse crews, maintain clear communication, and collaborate effectively with shore-based teams and customers.
\n
• Strong recordkeeping and reporting skills, including maintaining logs, checklists, and compliance documentation.
\n
• Ability to work in offshore environments, including extended rotations, and meet all medical, fitness-for-duty, and drug/alcohol testing requirements.
\n
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional maritime training or courses from accredited institutions are beneficial.
