Why Abilene, Texas Just two hours from the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Abilene offers small-town charm with big-city access whenever you want it. Top-rated schools, a tight-knit community, and a cost of living that makes a $250K$300K salary stretch significantly further than it would in Austin, Dallas, or Houston.
Texas has no state income tax, which means your take-home pay is your actual pay. Combine that with the $1,000/month rent stipend, and your financial runway in Abilene is exceptional. This is where you build real wealth not just a salary. Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Active Texas dental license (or eligible)
• Experience preferred, but new graduates are genuinely welcome
