Salary: $56,680 - 60,840 per year Requirements:

• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, including Excel features such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
• Experience writing VBA and using Excel macros
• Expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Python
• Demonstrated experience extracting and analyzing data to identify root causes and support process improvement initiatives across a network
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, shift, and work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays; work 40 hours per week and overtime as needed
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds; stand or walk for shifts of up to 12 hours; and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Preferred: At least 2 years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• Preferred: Certificate in Data Analytics or equivalent experience or training, such as completion of a Career Choice Data Analyst program
• Ability to work safely and cooperatively, communicate effectively and respectfully, manage stress, exercise sound judgment, and follow company policies and applicable laws

Responsibilities:

• Develop data collection processes and data management systems
• Maintain data integrity, targeting a 0% error rate
• Design queries, compile data, and create reports using Microsoft Access and Excel
• Create charts and graphs for reporting
• Research defect trends in depth
• Collect and enter data as needed
• Mine data and solve problems
• Present analyses in clear, easy-to-understand standard reports
• Teach leadership team members to interpret data trends as needed
• Handle priority requests assigned by senior leadership
• Provide backup support for ICQA Process Assistant duties
• Support ACES initiatives, investigate defect root causes, and help ensure compliance with ICQA-related SOX requirements
• Follow safety standards and work respectfully with colleagues, supervisors, and staff while supporting effective customer service

We are hiring a Data Analyst for our ICQA department, working closely with ICQA and Inbound and Outbound operations teams. The role is based at our Hollister, California fulfillment center and follows a Monday–Friday, DE0T0900 shift.
