This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and is crucial for ensuring the accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders.Key Responsibilities:Accurately fulfill orders in a piece pick production environment.Efficiently utilize RF scanners to locate, pick, and process items.Ensure all orders are packed and processed correctly with a high level of accuracy.Adhere to departmental guidelines and productivity standards for order fulfillment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Work Environment:This role is performed within an indoor warehouse facility.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend consistently for the entire duration of the 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM shift.Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the workday.Demonstrated physical agility and stamina are essential for this role.Order Filler Qualifications:Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience working in a warehouse or general labor environment.Proficiency in operating RF scanners.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.Preferred Skills & Experience:Previous experience in pick/pack operations is a plusSuccessful candidates must complete and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
